All prices include Bed and Breakfast, tea and cakes on arrival, use of guest lounge and garden. On your arrival you will be greeted by Rosie, our VERY friendly dog and official member of the hospitality team:-)

Cheques with banker’s cards are accepted.
A deposit of 50% is required to secure booking. Balance to be paid in cash on arrival. Please make cheques payable to Frances Hilton.

In the event of a cancellation deposits are refunded provided subsequent re-letting occurs. If this is not possible guests are reminded that they are responsible for any outstanding balance. We strongly recommend that you insure against the possibility of cancellation.
